Vincenzo Palmigiano

A talented professional, entrepreneurial and experienced energy engineer with extensive business development capabilities and close to 20 years of experience in developing and achieving energy and sustainability goals in vertical markets such as industrial and commercial real estate.

His expertise in advanced metering technologies can be attributed to his electrical engineering degree and extensive experience as a knowledgeable energy advisor for real estate owners and asset managers, with a proven track specialization in energy conservation, efficiency and cost recovery solutions.

As the founder and managing partner of Triple Net Energy, Vincenzo Palmigiano is a professional energy engineer and manager who has worked for more than 10 years with major leaders in the energy and technology industry such as Johnson Controls and United Technologies. His expertise can categorize him as a leader in the advanced metering infrastructure technologies in the NYC metro area. Previously, he was the director of a sub-metering technology company overseeing New York City based clients. He has simultaneously managed more than one hundred office buildings, utility billing and cost recovery services. Vincenzo is an active participate in NY city’s building efficiency and sustainability organizations such as BOMA NY, NESEA, NAIOP, a vetted member of the American Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) member and ConEdision’s Green Team.

Gian Luca Guerrini

With over 15 years of experience in operations, finance and business development, Gian Luca joins TNE in 2016 bringing extensive experience in managing operations and fostering account management client relationships.

Prior to joining TNE, he held executive and leadership positions. Gian Luca worked in logistics within import/export of the shipping/freight Industry where he was in charge of the acquisition and maintenance of client's portfolios on a regional and national level, in addition to making sure that each existing client was fully utilizing their logistics services based on their individualized needs.

Previous to his business development experience, Gian Luca served as the Director of Operations and office manager within the import/export business allowing him to manage the internal office and staff.

Gian Luca Guerrini most recently joined Triple Net Energy as a managing partner where he is primarily involved in the office management, operations, financial budgeting and sales development of the company. His strong acumen in numbers and financial analysis will assist the overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency, long-range business planning and growth. Furthermore, Gian Luca is developing systems and procedures within TNE to streamline operations and create better organization in each department in Triple Net Energy.

Gian Luca has a bachelor degree in Business Management and Communications from Adelphi University and is a native of Italy having lived most of his life in both Italy and Switzerland and now the U.S
